Rates & Occupancy
Our rates vary depending on the month and the number of guests.
The maximum occupancy per apartment is 4 guests.
Important information about bedroom use in our two-bedroom apartments
For our two-bedroom apartments, the booked rate for 1–2 guests includes the use of one bedroom. In this case, the second bedroom will remain closed.
If two guests wish to use separate bedrooms, the second bedroom can be prepared and made available for an additional charge. Please let us know before arrival if you require separate bedrooms.
For bookings of 3–4 guests, both bedrooms are automatically included.
Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required to confirm the reservation.
For cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total booking price will be refunded. The remaining 10% of the total booking price will be retained as an administration and cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be retained in full.
In case of a no-show, the full booking price will be charged.
